The DC Mandate: Policy Pillars

1. A SAFE D.C.: Fixing Families and Public Safety

  • Family Court Reform: Fixing the broken system that forces fathers out, leading children toward juvenile court. Includes creating coaching and mediation programs to prevent divorces.
  • Universal After-School: Investing in universal high-quality after-school programs to ensure every child has a safe, mentored space.
  • The Public Safety Team: Reforming the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department into a DC Public Safety Department focused on community wellness.

2. AN AFFORDABLE D.C.: Dignity for Workers and Small Landowners

  • Rent Stability: Implementing an across-the-city rent freeze on all residential properties while supporting small landowners.
  • Worker Dignity: Addressing employer abuses; workers are the key to any successful business.
  • Wealth Distribution (UBI): Launching an AI-Powered UBI App that directly compensates residents—paying parents for attending school meetings and youth for participating in mentoring.

3. A FREE D.C.: Winning Statehood

  • Mobilization: Investing the District's full innovation and political capital to launch a national campaign highlighting the necessity of statehood and freedom from federal control.

The 15K Strong Path to Victory

Our political success hinges on our team achieving:

🧭 Tough, Transparent Lessons (Personal Narrative as Policy Proof)

Family Court
What happened: In a painful divorce, allegations of non-physical tensions with exwife led to a Civil Protection Order that forced me from my home. Lawyers battled while our family lost time and over ~$100K each.
Lesson: The current system escalates conflict and drains families—children pay the highest price.
Plan: Family Protection System — mediation first, 1,000 peer-coaches, AI conflict prediction; save families and ~ $500M in legal fees.
Divorce & Recovery
What happened: After my marriage ended, I went through a difficult period and tried to escape pain instead of healing—seeking comfort in the wrong ways and hurting people I cared about.
Lesson: Avoiding pain only deepens it. Healing comes through accountability, faith, and purpose.
Plan: Launch “Intimacy Re-Engineered” — teaching emotional strength and healthy relationships in every school. Boost mental health support that prioritizes rehabilitating the family relationship; Create Second-Chance Hubs where mentors and coaches help men and women rebuild stronger families and character.
Discipline vs. Crime
What happened: Police were called while I was parenting my son; charges were filed and later dropped—the prosecutor said, “this is parenting.”
Lesson: D.C. too often criminalizes tough love while real violence roams.
Plan: Protect reasonable discipline, train judges, and launch a military-style D.C. Boys Academy with firm love, structure, and mentoring.
Conscience Over Party
What happened: I’m a registered, life-long Democratic volunteer who voted against Democratic leaders when they remained silent in the face of genocide in Palestine.
Lesson: My faith commands me to enjoin what is right and oppose what is wrong—speak truth even against myself or my own party.
Plan: Unite 120K Democrats and invite 50K independents/Republicans to switch for the primary around common-sense priorities: public safety, affordability, women’s safety, and D.C. statehood.
