Disclosu:re Agreement: During the course of Applicant’s consideration for a position with Abe Legal, information may be disclosed to Applicant that is privileged, confidential and/or proprietary. Applicant agrees to refrain from disclosing any such information to any non-Abe representative without the prior authorization of a duly authorized Abe Legal representative. Furthermore, Applicant agrees to adhere to all policies governing the retention of such information. Any violation of this provision may result in the immediate rejection of Applicant’s application with Abe Legal. If appropriate, Abe Legal may take additional legal action against Applicant for any breach of this Disclosure Agreement.
Applicant agrees that Abe Legal shall be the owner of all rights, title and interest in and to any work product he/she produces for Abe during this application process. As such, Applicant hereby assigns to Abe Legal all right, title and interest it may have in any such work products. Applicant also authorizes Abe to use his/her image, signature, voice and likeness and goodwill appurtenant thereto for reasonable marketing purposes. Moreover, Applicant acknowledges that Abe Legal is authorized to contact parties referenced in this application to verify the information contained therein.
