Mr. Adel A. Abrahim is a Washington DC-based investment and international corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising clients on corporate and international law, business strategy, and commercial transactions. Mr. Abrahim holds a Juris Doctorate from WMU Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Case Western Reserve University. He is admitted to practice in New York and Washington, D.C. Prior to launching Privatus Counsel PLLC, Mr. Abrahim served as general counsel and executive member to one of the most influential businessmen and successful CEOs in the Middle East.


Mr. Abrahim practices in international corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. He has assisted multinational, US, and Middle Eastern clients on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including cross-border joint ventures in the technology, telecommunications, medical, real estate, defense, and food and beverage sectors. Additionally, he has been involved in significant transactions such as the privatization of the Kuwait Stock Exchange.
